The We Doctor International Cloud Pharmacy is an innovative platform jointly launched by We Doctor Group and Hainan Boao Lecheng International Medical Pioneer Zone. 合作方式/Cooperation Mode

1.多种医联体接入模式。将36家乐城医联体、海南岛内其他医疗结构医联体、跨省医疗机构医联体，作为乐城电子处方流转平台的“上游医疗入口”，实现 “标准对接、全域覆盖”。

3.为确保处方流转全流程合规，微医国际云药房有专业的“专业风控体系与审方机制”，建立双重合规校验机制。一是实时监控：对处方开具、承接处方、发药、结算、配送等环节的异常行为进行实时监测，如发现重复开药、超病种开药、配送地址异常等问题，会触发异常预警拦截并暂停流程，必要时推送人工复核后再确定是退回处方还是继续结算。二是审方机制：由执业药师组成专业审方团队，对流转至云药房的处方进行实时审核，重点核查用药适应症、剂量、配伍禁忌、患者过敏史等问题，审核通过后方可进行药品调配，审核不通过退回修改或撤销处方。

3. To ensure compliance throughout the entire prescription circulation process, We Doctor International Cloud Pharmacy boasts a professional "risk control system and prescription review mechanism", establishing a dual compliance verification mechanism. Firstly, real-time monitoring: It conducts real-time monitoring of abnormal behaviors in various stages, including prescription issuance, prescription receiving, drug dispensing, settlement, and delivery. If issues such as duplicate prescriptions, prescriptions for non-target diseases, or abnormal delivery addresses are detected, an abnormal warning will be triggered to intercept and suspend the process. If necessary, manual review will be prompted before determining whether to return the prescription or proceed with settlement. Secondly, prescription review mechanism: A professional prescription review team composed of licensed pharmacists conducts real-time reviews of prescriptions circulated to the cloud pharmacy, focusing on issues such as medication indications, dosage, drug incompatibility, and patient allergy history. Only after passing the review can drug dispensing proceed. If the review fails, the prescription will be returned for modification or cancellation.

2.微医国际云药房作为药品供应核心环节（供应链主体），可承接医院、药店等处方订单，实现处方核验、药品调配、物流跟踪等环节的服务闭环，保障处方流转后药品供应的及时性与可追溯性。

4.微医国际云药房建立了与国内外药企直接对接机制，可以与创新药生产企业和配送企业直接建立合作，接入药企的药品供应体系，确保药品的稳定供应和质量保障，能够更好地协调药品从药品生产企业到云药房的运输和仓储等环节。医联体内的互联网医院可以采用药品云仓库、零库存的模式直接对接配送物流企业合作，实现更快、更便捷的药品配送服务。
